Director of Compliance

Blue Ridge Health is seeking a Director of Compliance to lead its compliance program and oversee subrecipient monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare compliance and leadership experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or related field
• Minimum of 7–10 years of healthcare compliance or regulatory experience
• Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or similar professional credential
• Experience in HRSA Health Center Program Requirements and Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200)
• Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and commitment to Blue Ridge Health's mission and culture
