Luxury Sales Consultant - Fashion Square

AtBlue Nile is seeking a full-time Luxury Sales Consultant to join their retail showroom in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role focuses on educating customers, demonstrating brand value, and building relationships to enhance the customer experience. The consultant is expected to be outgoing, passionate, and dedicated to providing excellent service and exceeding sales goals.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Jewelry experience a plus but not required.
• Mandarin Speaking Preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, creative problem solving, organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high integrity.
• Ability to work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer, typing/keyboarding, and data entry skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work within scheduling needs
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
