Job Description
Blue Bottle Coffee is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team in Sacramento, CA. The role will involve overseeing production operations, developing new processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of management leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, military or related environment
- General mechanical knowledge
- Understanding of QA, Food Safety, and Safety Management Systems
- Broad knowledge of a range of leadership strategies and production processes
- Excellent analytical and math skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to persuade others to change existing practices
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
- Proficient with computer and information technology
- Knowledge of process engineering software systems
