Production Brewer

Blue Bottle is looking for a Production Brewer to execute their brewing process from roasted beans to the final product, working with the Brewery Team Lead, Brewery Leader, and Production Team Members to maintain and elevate quality standards.

Requirements

• Work with Brewery Team Lead in all brewing aspects
• Perform Clean in Place procedures
• Maintain equipment and perform regular maintenance
• Operate heavy machinery
• Participate in QC tastings and cuppings
• Work packaging shifts
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Work within specified Safety Guidelines
• Train and mentor Production Team Members
• Follow Food Safety, Quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices rules
