Job Description
bloXroute is seeking a highly motivated Support Engineer to work directly with their support team. The role involves resolving technical issues, assisting users with product problems, and improving product functionality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and data-driven improvement are key responsibilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as Support Engineer
- Fully remote, based in Asia
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
- Linux experience
- AWS experience
- Knowledge and experience with blockchain and crypto technology
- Good understanding of crypto industry in APAC region
- Excellent presentation skills
