Job Description
Blount Fine Foods is a family-owned manufacturer seeking a Maintenance Tech I to maintain and repair building and equipment. The role involves routine inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and operating maintenance power tools and equipment. A positive and productive work ethic is essential.
Requirements
- Inspect equipment regularly
- Maintain plant utilities
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Operate various maintenance power tools and measuring instruments
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks (Plant Certification)
- Maintain work orders and preventive maintenance spreadsheets
- Understand equipment manuals
