Job Description
Blount Fine Foods is seeking a FSQ Tech I to assist in maintaining overall product quality and safety in production. The role involves performing required product testing, conducting inspections, and following GMP procedures. Shift work is required, including 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Requirements
- Receive direction from FSQ Sr. Technician & Supervisor.
- Perform required finished product testing and documentation.
- Conduct Food Safety Inspections and maintain data entry.
- Perform QPE and Pack-out quality audits.
- Follow GMP and HACCP guidelines.
- Perform daily tasks.
- Report suspicious packages and activities.
- Adhere to posted GMPs.
- Responsible for paperwork accuracy.
