Job Description
Blount Fine Foods is seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join their Digital Portfolio team. The role involves generating business analysis artifacts, leading change management, and supporting the company's mission to deliver high-quality food products efficiently and safely. Requirements
- Generate key business analysis artifacts (RFIs, Market Analysis, Gap Analysis, Requirements Documentation)
- Analyze and document business processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements
- Develop and execute test plans
- Support change management activities
- Lead communication and training
- Utilize project management methodologies like Agile/Scrum (a plus)
