Job Description
Bloomreach is revolutionizing the intersection of autonomous search and personalized AI shopping. They are building an AI-powered platform for agency and e-commerce personalization, offering a virtual shopping assistant and focusing on conversational shopping experiences. They are seeking a Backend Software Engineer to join a small, motivated team and contribute to the development of their core AI engine and platform.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
- 4+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong background in algorithms and software architecture
- Proficiency in Java
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases and Redis
- Experience with Vector DBs (e.g., Qdrant, FAISS, Pinecone)
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and GCP
- Excellent communication skills
