Job Description
Bloomreach is building the world’s premier agentic platform for personalization, aiming to revolutionize customer connection through AI and GenAI-driven algorithms. They are focusing on personalized search, recommendations, and conversational commerce for businesses in retail, financial services, and other industries. They are currently offering a Senior Machine Learning Engineer position to own the development and implementation of these algorithms.
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related discipline with a strong mathematical foundation.
- 5+ years of experience building ML/analytical algorithms in a corporate/startup environment.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and LLMs.
- Strong understanding of machine learning and natural language processing technologies.
- Excellent exploratory data analysis skills with SQL and Redshift/BigQuery.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exposure to deep learning stack (PyTorch/Keras/TensorFlow) and techniques.
