Requirements
- Partner with manager to exploit current culinary trends
- Collaborate with manager to create menus
- Work with Restaurant Manager to ensure proper communication with co-workers
- Be a motivating presence and leader to staff
- Competencies: High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years direct experience, ability to read instructional documents, and flexible schedule
