Assistant Golf Course Superintendent

Richland Country Club is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join their Golf and Grounds Maintenance team. The successful candidate will acclimate quickly to the crew and culture, while helping maintain the highest standards of course conditions and service.

Requirements

• Assist in planning and executing daily course maintenance operations
• Supervise and train staff in proper turf care practices
• Operate and maintain irrigation systems and golf course equipment
• Support Director of Golf and Grounds Maintenance in all agronomic programs
• Promote safety, efficiency, and attention to detail within the team
