The Analytics and Sales program is a unique opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of our Bloomberg products and clients in the wider context of financial markets. You will assist clients in the Analytics department and provide 24/7 support for Bloomberg Professional Service users all over the world and across multiple industries.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
• Up to 4 years of work experience
• Demonstrated interest or experience in the financial markets
• Experience delivering exceptional support and building positive relationships with clients
• Demonstrable drive and foundational experience in sales or business development
• Ability to multitask and resolve client inquiries
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Desire to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic training and client facing environment
• Resilience and agility in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness
• Business proficiency and fluency in English and Japanese (both written and verbal)
