• Direct or indirect leadership experience
• Market data experience in the financial services industry
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to discuss technical concepts and evaluate trade-offs in solution design
• Experience analysing workflows and removing organizational barriers
