Blockworks is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own post-sale customer relationships and help ensure customers see real value from our products during a period of change and growth.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Customer Success or a closely related customer-facing role in SaaS or subscription-based businesses
- Experience managing multiple clients at once and operating across the full post-sale lifecycle
- Ability to partner cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and push toward outcomes that work for customers and the business
- Comfortability with being uncomfortable in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Experience working with complex customer segments such as crypto, finance, data, or similarly complex customer segments
- Familiarity with high-growth or early-stage environments where priorities shift and roles flex
- Ability to stand up or evolve a CS function, or contribute to building onboarding and renewal motions
