Requirements

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
• Collect and review case-related documentation.
• Draft demand letters and manage settlement packages.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in the case management system.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
