We are seeking a Residential Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residence and ensure a high quality of life for all residents and staff.

Requirements

• Develop and implement quality programming within the residence
• Supervise and evaluate Direct Support Professionals
• Assist in maintaining the residence's operating budget
• Monitor service plans and ensure timely submission of paperwork
• Coordinate and follow through on desired services with various providers
