Job Description
BLN24 is seeking a skilled Speechwriter to support strategic communications for a federal client, specifically the Major General and senior subject matter experts. The role involves crafting speeches, talking points, and written materials for executive leadership, conducting research, and writing news articles for various platforms. BLN24 emphasizes teamwork and offers growth opportunities.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or related field (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience writing speeches and executive communications for a senior executive.
- Proficiency in AP style and web content best practices.
- Strong research skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
