Executive Assistant II-III to the CEO

Blentech Corporation is seeking an Executive Assistant II-III to support the CEO in a dynamic, high-impact role. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, confidentiality, and a willingness to go above and beyond.

Requirements

• At least four (4) years of demonstrated Senior Executive Support experience in a medium to large company
• Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and a proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
• Ability to effectively utilize Google Suite, a working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, and demonstrated AI proficiency are highly desirable
• Creative problem-solving and practical time management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Unwavering professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality are paramount
