Handyman

Our client is looking to fill a temp to permanent Handyman job in a luxury serviced apartment block in Croydon, Surrey, involving routine and preventative maintenance, repairs, and painting/decoration of rooms and communal areas.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel or similar residential property
• Ability to work using your own initiative and under pressure
• Good customer service skills
• Presentable appearance
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Keen attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
