Job Description
BlackStone eIT is seeking a dedicated CRM developer to implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and improve customer relationship management processes. Technical support and documentation are also essential.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, preferably within the Dynamics 365 environment
- Familiarity with CRM customization, configuration, and integration
- Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and related programming languages
- Understanding of web services (SOAP/REST) in relation to CRM systems
- Experience with SQL Server and database management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
