Venture & Growth Debt - Associate - London

As an Associate, you will play a leading role in underwriting and executing venture debt transactions, working closely with senior team members while taking ownership of key analytical and structuring workstreams. The role requires 3–6 years’ experience in venture debt, VC/growth equity, private credit, investment banking, consulting or related roles. Key responsibilities include lead analytical workstreams, conduct independent credit analysis and due diligence, design and calibrate financing structures, and manage transaction processes across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
