Job Description
The Administrative Business Partner will support the Co-Head of EMEA Government Affairs & Public Policy and team members with administrative tasks, prioritizing their time, coordinating travel, and handling sensitive matters with discretion. The role requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic corporate environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional / corporate or administrative experience
- Experience in a dynamic corporate environment and corporate affairs or finance is a plus
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, confident and has a positive attitude
- Dedicated colleague deeply motivated, well organised, and responsive
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a high-level of emotional intelligence
