Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical support
• Ability to read and debug code in one or more of the following: C/C++, C#, Objective-C, Java
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Solid understanding of Unix/Linux systems and scripting
