Install, configure and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications products, including Unified Communications Manager, Unity and Unity Connection, Presence, Contact Center Express, Cisco Webex and Cisco Webex Contact Center. Troubleshoot integrated technology issues and maintain an accurate issues list. Provide systems administration training to clients and work with Account Managers to identify new opportunities.
