Requirements

• Exhibit a high level of safety and quality on all work
• Installation / decommissioning of critical cabling and network infrastructure in a Data Center environment
• Document and track all work performed daily
• Proactively maintain work area by organizing materials, tools, and equipment, collecting debris, and ensure hazardous conditions are promptly and appropriately addressed
• Needs for Success: Ability to listen carefully and follow instructions
• Reliable team player who reports to assigned place of work on time & ready to work with a positive attitude
• Able to distinguish color
• Basic understanding of structured cabling system installation and commissioning
• Basic understanding of telecom connectivity
• Knowledge in safe and appropriate use of basic hand tools both for the Telecom and Construction Industry alike
• Exhibit the ability to work in a fast-changing environment
• Executes work with a high degree of attention to detail
• Willingness to work days, nights and weekends as required
• Self-motivated, have integrity, and possess an excellent work ethic
• Have a reliable source of daily transportation
• Proficient in the use of a computer and / or handheld tablet
• Read, write, and understand English
