Senior Project Manager

BKF is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and build upon their established presence in the Bay Area. This role involves overseeing transportation initiatives from conception through completion, mentoring teams, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex projects and an understanding of transportation design standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in California
• 10+ years of experience managing transportation civil infrastructure projects
• Proven success in business development, client relationship management, and strategic market positioning
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and experience in design with AutoCAD/Civil 3D
• Willingness to travel between offices and client sites
