Job Description
Our Client, a mid-market private equity firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Fund Accountant to join its expanding finance team. This hybrid role is based in Toronto and involves day-to-day accounting and operational activities across multiple private equity funds.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of fund accounting experience, ideally within a private equity or asset management firm
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or in progress preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
- Experience with fund structures, investor allocations, and financial reporting
- Public accounting experience (particularly in asset management clients) is considered a strong asset
