Job Description
As a Litigation Associate, you will support a high-volume practice focused on commercial litigation, collections, and recovery-related matters.
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- 1–4 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to recovery services, creditor remedies, or commercial litigation
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and written communication skills
- Comfortable attending court and managing a high-volume practice
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Client-focused with a professional and solutions-oriented approach
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient with legal research tools and document management systems
