Job Description
Our client is looking for a Head of Tax to join their Accounting Department. This pivotal role will oversee the full tax lifecycle, including compliance, strategic planning, and provide fund structure tax guidance across public and private market investments.
Requirements
- Experience advising and mitigating tax risks in a private enterprise environment
- Overseeing tax compliance for an entire organization
- Leading corporate and partnership tax compliance for a client and affiliated fund vehicles
- Providing deep technical insight on tax matters
- Collaborating with Finance, Treasury, Tax, and Legal teams
- Managing relationships with external tax advisors and government auditors
- Proactively monitoring and guiding the implementation of new tax legislation
