Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior QA Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our AI-powered fintech applications. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate product requirements into comprehensive testing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in software testing, ideally in fintech, AI, or startup environments
- Good knowledge testing Web APPs, Mobile APPs, AI Apps and Back end Core API components
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes (manual and automated)
- Worked with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for automation or any similar coding knowledge
- Hands-on experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
- Experience with Genexus and/or Genexus Test will be a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and in a remote, cross-timezone team
