BizAway is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Travel Agent to solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate has experience in customer care call centers and excellent knowledge of GDS systems or a local travel agency.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous experience in the Travel Industry
- Excellent knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in a local travel agency
- Excellent knowledge of English and one of these languages (Italian or Spanish or Portuguese or German or French language)
- Availability to work in shifts (also night shift from 22 to 7 in the morning)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
