The role involves independent travel management, strategic planning, and building strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 3-5 years as a Travel Agent, preferably in the business travel sector.
- Fluent command of the Spanish language (native or C1 level), both written and spoken.
- Excellent knowledge of at least one GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stress.
- Knowledge of tourism market dynamics, airfare rates, and visa regulations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
