As a Tech Talent Partner, you'll help build the teams that shape the future of Bitpanda by leading full-cycle hiring for Tech and Product roles, partnering with hiring managers, and driving Bitpanda's employer brand.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience as a full-cycle recruiter with a proven track record in Tech and Product hiring
- Strategic and creative with a passion for employer branding and making Bitpanda the go-to destination for top talent
- Well-connected in the Austrian Tech & Product market with a deep understanding of where the best candidates are and how to engage them
- Strong stakeholder manager with excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills
- Data-driven, proactive, and able to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience in a dynamic setting
