Job Description
Bitpanda is seeking a Specialist in the Community Support team to relaunch and redefine Telegram presence. This role focuses on enhancing Telegram community engagement, serving as a brand representative, and fostering a healthy and vibrant community space. The role requires bilingual (German, English) communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Requirements
- Experienced Community Manager or Moderator, preferably with Telegram management experience.
- Fluency in German (native or near-native) and English.
- Bilingual communication skills
