Job Description
Bitpanda is seeking a Senior Design System Designer to join their Product team and help build premium experiences at scale for millions of customers. The role involves co-owning design systems, leading design initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally, and improving internal processes. Bitpanda aims to be one of Europe’s safest and most secure investment platforms.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience collaborating closely with product and engineering peers in a design system team, or experience with design system responsibilities collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Expert design systems skills including technical knowledge and a deep strategic understanding.
- Generalist UX design skills with strong UI and visual abilities.
- State-of-the-art workflow with current industry-standard tools like Figma, Miro, and JIRA, and experience in using and contributing to design systems.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
