Associate, Payment & Risk Operations

Bitpanda is seeking a Payment & Risk Operations Associate to monitor transactions for fraudulent activity and system abuse. This role involves evaluating suspicious patterns, identifying additional checks, and escalating issues to internal teams. Requirements

• Evaluate suspicious patterns or anomalies in crypto and fiat transactions.
• Identify additional checks needed and take ownership of the follow up process.
• Support internal teams with escalations while meeting established SLAs.
• Communicate directly with customers via email and live chats.
• Assist senior team members by compiling relevant information and context on emerging fraud trends.
