Backend Engineer E3 - Growth

BitGo is a leading infrastructure provider for digital asset solutions, delivering custody, wallets, staking, trading, financing, and settlement services from regulated cold storage. They are seeking a Backend Engineer - E3 to join their Growth Vertical and build an API-first platform for businesses and developers to launch crypto products. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring performance and quality.

Requirements

• At least 6+ years of proven experience of back-end and server-side development
• Great at algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
• Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js and Express
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Strong experience with RESTful API design
• Experience with microservices and service-oriented architectures
• Experience with unit and functional testing and debugging
• Experience with Git/GitHub and code review tools
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
