As a Data Scientist at Bitaksi, you'll be building and deploying machine learning models to solve critical business challenges across fraud detection, customer optimization, and recommendation systems while collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate their needs into scalable data science solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering etc.)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science roles
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling
- Proven experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production
- Strong statistical foundation including predictive modeling, optimization, and data mining
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization technologies
- Familiarity with API development frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into data science solutions
