Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or another field where you learned to turn numbers into stories
- Sharp analytical mindset with proven skills in analysis, reporting, and measuring what truly drives impact
- At least 1 year of experience running CRM & Direct Marketing campaigns
- Experience in retention, loyalty, or rewards program design (bonus points)
- Highly detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset, proactive, and initiative-driven
- Self-motivated & organized with the ability to multitask & prioritize
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal English skills
