Ideal candidate is a results-driven sales expert with a proven track record in acquiring and growing key accounts.
Requirements
- Key Account Leadership: Manage and grow Birdman’s largest traditional trade accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
- Hunting: Identify, prospect, and close new B2B clients to expand Birdman’s reach in traditional trade, distribution, and retail.
- Farming: Strengthen and expand existing key accounts, distributors, and large retailers, increasing sell-in and sell-out through strategic account management.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms to ensure profitable and sustainable partnerships.
- Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring a structured and data-driven sales approach.
- Leverage sales automation tools to improve efficiency and scale outreach efforts.
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and recommend strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
