Manufacturing Process Specialist

The Manufacturing Process Specialist role involves providing technical and operational support to maintain efficient, compliant, and continuously improving manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Develop new and revised manufacturing and cleaning recipes aligned with Master Batch Book requirements
• Develop and report on end-to-end performance metrics
• Lead and manage investigations, including customer complaints, EHS incidents, and NCPs
• Manage manufacturing-related Change Controls
• Participate in HAZOP studies to proactively identify and mitigate process risks
• Drive continuous improvement through trend analysis, self-inspections, internal audits, and process optimization initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally to proactively develop innovative manufacturing solutions
• Develop reprocessing/rework strategies, including associated test methods and protocols
