The Sales Operations Manager at BioStem is responsible for optimizing the success of the organization’s sales team by streamlining and managing the CRM processes and system, and supporting the sales team to ensure alignment with sales goals and projections.

- Proficient in Microsoft software applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Bachelor's degree in business or other related field required; MBA degree preferred
- Proven experience in Sales Operations Management, preferably in the healthcare or biotech industry
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales force automation and sales enablement tools
- At least 5 Years experience with Salesforce, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, and Salesforce Certification
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, development, administration, and integration frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Proficiency in managing data and reporting systems
- Proficiency in campaign analytics and ROI measurement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a cloud environment
