Job Description
BioSked is looking for a Business Development Manager to build its presence in Flanders and the Netherlands, expanding into the Dutch-speaking Benelux market. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and closing new business with hospitals, clinic groups, and healthcare networks, as well as supporting customer success and shaping the Benelux go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- Build the pipeline
- Identify, qualify, and close new business
- Navigate complex sales cycles
- Run demos, respond to RFPs, negotiate contracts, and close
- Attend healthcare conferences and industry events
- Build a repeatable playbook for the Benelux market
- Support customer success
- Help onboard early customers
- Be the trusted local contact
- Feed product insights and market needs back to the team
- Contribute to Benelux go-to-market strategy
- Identify partnerships
- Help define pricing and positioning for the local market
