Job Description
As Senior Manager QC, you will be overseeing instrument procurement, validation activities, and preventive maintenance while managing product release testing, deviations, and laboratory operations to uphold quality standards.
Requirements
- Define URS and order required instruments for Product testing Unit.
- Issue and update SOPs & test methods according to Guidelines.
- Supervise preventive maintenance and calibrations.
- Define Reference materials, chemicals & miscellaneous requirements for laboratory.
- Define Product testing team structure.
- Responsible for Sampling and Aliquoting Process, making entries in sample receipt records and planning of sample analysis accordingly.
- Responsible for Retention samples/Reference Samples collection and secure storage.
- Responsible for reviewing documents related to Product Release.
- Responsible for reviewing records of Product Release testing.
- Manage deviation, change control, incidences with investigation and associated CAPA.
- Investigate OOS in laboratory and associated CAPA with cooperation with QA department.
