CTSM Manager

BioNTech is seeking a CTSM Manager to oversee the logistics of clinical supplies, focusing on supply chain management, performance monitoring, and risk assessment. This role involves collaborating with global and local study teams to ensure timely and reliable supply to clinical trial sites and addresses import/export requirements. The position requires a strong understanding of GDP principles and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Relevant completed university education or vocational training in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
• Relevant professional experience (usually +3 years) in Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry
• Proven track record in developing distribution strategies
• Proven track record in performance management
• Deep Knowledge of GDP Principles
• Deep Knowledge about laws, regulations, ISO requirements, Incoterms for pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Deep knowledge of controlled temperature shipping
• Basic understanding of temperature monitoring device calibration
• Excellent organizational and communicative skills
• Ability to solve multi-layered and dynamic tasks in flexible framework conditions
• Stakeholder management skills
• Business-professional English & Chinese language skills
