Associate Director, Business Operations & Strategy

BioLabs is seeking an Associate Director, Business Operations & Strategy to support the overall management of occupancy, marketing, partner engagement, site operations, and ecosystem relationships at the Princeton site. The role will provide critical sales and strategic support to the Regional Director and contribute to the site's success by driving business development, marketing, and reporting activities, leading partnerships, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, marketing, operations, or related roles in the biotech/life sciences sector
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with early-stage company creation, venture investment, or innovation ecosystems preferred
• Experience with sales and marketing preferred
• Experience supporting program budgets, forecasting, and fiscal management
• Strong relationship-building skills and comfort engaging with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while maintaining close coordination with the Regional Director and broader BioLabs network
• Willingness to respond to site or lab-related issues outside standard business hours
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Availability to attend after-hours events
• Willingness to travel as required
