Working under the direction of the Sr. Manager Omnichannel Marketing Communications, the Digital Media, Growth & Performance Strategy Manager will help shape our media strategy, accelerate performance, and drive innovation across our digital ecosystem.
Requirements
- Develop and own the cross channel digital media strategy, including search, paid social, programmatic, video, and emerging platforms.
- Translate business objectives into actionable media plans with clear KPIs, audience strategies, and budget recommendations.
- Lead ongoing optimization to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and ROI across all paid channels.
- Build and manage a structured experimentation roadmap to test new channels, audiences, and creative approaches.
- Identify and evaluate new media opportunities, technologies, and partnerships that can unlock incremental growth.
- Build a robust measurement framework, including attribution, incrementality testing, and channel level performance insights.
- Partner closely with brand, CRM, product, analytics, and web teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys and aligned strategies.
