Field Application Specialist I - Ohio Valley

This field-based position covers the Ohio Valley territory, including Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, and Indiana, and requires travel throughout the region up to 80% of the time. The Field Application Specialist I promotes teamwork and cooperation, removes barriers to productivity, and creates an enthusiastic, positive work environment.

Requirements

• Coordinate and provide technical training, consultation, and ongoing support of bioMérieux’s diagnostic product lines within the U.S. customer base.
• Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong professional relationships with all customers.
• Answer internal and external customer inquiries and ensure regulatory compliance through timely and accurate documentation in bioMérieux’s CRM system;
• Provide consistent follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and meet minimum key performance indicators.
• Responsible for efficient territory management within operating expense budget.
• Support bioMérieux revenue initiatives.
• Territory management over designated geographic area.
• Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
