Scientist/Senior Scientist for Pharmacology

Biocytogen Boston Corp is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Pharmacology Scientist to support both in vivo and in vitro preclinical research services in the fields of immunology, immuno-oncology, metabolic disease and neurology.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmacology, immunology, cancer biology, or related biomedical field.
• Extensive hands-on experience in animal models and preclinical in vivo pharmacology.
• Proven skills in cell-based immunological assays including T cell activation, NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity, and macrophage functional assays.
• Proficiency in PK/PD model establishment and analysis.
• Expertise in flow cytometry, cytokine profiling (ELISA, qRT-PCR, multiplex assays), and immune cell isolation from tissues.
• Experience with surgical procedures in rodents is highly desirable
• Cross-functional knowledge across therapeutic areas is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and work with cross-functional teams.
